GFWC National Day of Service 2024

September 30, 2024:  GFWC Space Coast Womans' Club participated in the 2nd Annual GFWC National Day of Service to help address food insecurity. We solicited donations outside of Walmart in Viera and with the help of our generous community, we collected over 1,000 pounds of food with an economic impact of $3,000, which we donated to the Central Brevard Sharing Center and Endeavour Elementary School's food pantry.

Our First "Little Free Library" is Installed

May 16, 2024:  GFWC Space Coast Woman's Club installed their first Little Free Library (#186234) at Eastwind Park located off Tavistock Drive in Viera. We are proud to contribute to our community in a way that will benefit so many residents. We are grateful to our community partners (who wish to remain anonymous) that donated their time and resources to help us attain our goal, as well as our members who contributed their time and energy to the project.

Stop by the park anytime to take a book or share a book. We hope to provide many hours of reading enjoyment and help encourage little readers to continue learning and practicing their reading skills over the summer.
